We’re pleased to share that Dr. Rebecca Swab, Senior Research Scientist, published an article in the open-source, peer-reviewed journal, Land. The article is titled From the Ground Up: Prairies on Reclaimed Mine Land- Impacts on Soil and Vegetation, and explains how prairie plants effect the soil fungal and microbial communities, as well as organic content and soil nutrients on previously strip mined land in Ohio.
